Nghiên cứu hiệu quả điều trị, tính an toàn và khả năng dung nạp methtrexate trong điều trị viêm khớp vảy nến trên 37 bệnh nhân tại Bệnh viện Da liễu thành phố Hồ Chí Minh từ 01/2016 đến 3/2017. Kết quả cho thấy điều trị bằng methtrexate cải thiện rõ rệt mức độ hoạt động viêm khớp sau 12 tuần điều trị, ở tuần thứ 12, tỷ lệ lui bệnh theo tiêu chuẩn DAS28-EURLA là 37,84%. Chỉ số PASI-50 đạt hơn phân nửa ở tuần thứ 12. Không có tác dụng bất lợi về mặt lâm sàng cung như các chỉ số của công thức máu. Có 1 trường hợp men gan SGPT tăng cao nhưng không có biểu hiện lâm sàng ở tuần thứ 12 và ngưng điều trị.Study on treatment effectiveness, safety and tolerability of methtrexate in the treatment of psoriatic arthritis in 37 patients at Dermatology Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City from January 2016 to March 2017. The results showed that methtrexate treatment significantly improved the activity of arthritis after 12 weeks of treatment, at 12 weeks, the rate of recovery according to DAS28-EURLA standard was 37.84%. The PASI-50 index reached more than half by week 12. There were no clinically adverse effects as well as indices of blood counts. There was 1 case of elevated SGPT liver enzyme but no clinical manifestations at 12 weeks and discontinued treatment.
