Currently, reforming government in the model of public governance is a popular trend to better meet the requirements and requirements of reality. The paper analyzes the objectives of public administration and presents a system of indicators for public governance evaluation.Từ thập niên 90 của thế kỷ XX đến nay, quản trị công đang nổi lên với tính cách là một vấn đề lý luận và thực tiễn thu hút sự quan tâm, nghiên cứu của các nhà khoa học.
