Hiệp định Đối tác toàn diện và tiến bộ xuyên Thái Bình Dương (CPTPP) vừa được Việt Nam và i 1 quốc gia ký kết ngày 8/3/2017 tại Chilê. CPTPP sẽ giúp tạo điều kiện cho cải cách trong nước ở nhiều lĩnh vực và xây dựng môi trường cho nền kinh tế cạnh tranh. Các FTA thế hệ mới tiếp tục mở rộng phạm vi điều chỉnh đến những vấn đề không liên quan trực tiếp đến thương mại truyền thống, như: lao động và môi trường. Bài viết sẽ đề cập đến những thách thức của quan hệ lao động Việt Nam trong CPTPP, trong đó nêu lên thực trạng và đề xuất các giải pháp hoàn thiện quan hệ lao động trong bối cảnh hội nhập quốc tế.The Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) has just been signed by Vietnam and Vietnam from March 8, 2017 in Chile. The CPTPP will help facilitate domestic reform in many areas and build an environment for a competitive economy. New generation FTAs continue to expand their scope of coverage to issues not directly related to traditional trade, such as labor and the environment. The paper will address the challenges of Vietnamese labor relations in the CPTPP, highlighting the situation and proposing solutions to improve labor relations in the context of international integration.
