In the context of accelerating industrialization, modernization and international integration, developing human resources for small and medium-sized enterprises is considered as one of the breakthrough stages of the strategy for changing the model of socio-economic development of the country at the same time develops human resources to become a foundation of sustainable development and increase the national competitive advantage in the period of integration and development. The article deals with the issue of human resource development for small and medium enterprises in Hanoi city.Trong điều kiện đẩy mạnh công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa và hội nhập quốc tế, phát triển nguồn nhân lực cho các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa được coi là một trong 1 khâu đột phá của chiến lược chuyển đổi mô hình phát triển kinh tế - xã hội của đất nước đồng thời phát triển nguồn nhân lực trở thành nền tảng phát triển bền vững và tăng lợi thế cạnh tranh quốc gia thời kỳ hội nhập và phát triển.
