The role of a lawyer is essential in the sentence execution phase. As a legal counselor, legal aid and representing the litigants in the process of judgment execution, lawyers play a role in promoting the process of civil judgment execution. However, in fact, in recent years, the participation of lawyers in the execution of judgments is still very faint, very few cases have lawyers involved, and if there is participation, it is also limited, fails to fully promote the inherent role of lawyers in this activity. In order to analyze more clearly about this issue, the author has presented some comments in the following article.Vai trò của luật sư rất cần thiết trong giai đoạn thi hành án. Là người tư vấn pháp luật, trợ giúp pháp lý và đại diện cho các đương sự trong quá trình thi hành án, luật sư có vai trò thúc đẩy quá trình thi hành án dân sự. Tuy nhiên, trên thực tế trong thời gian vừa qua, việc tham gia của luật sư trong hoạt động thi hành án còn rất mờ nhạt, rất ít vụ việc có luật sư tham gia, nếu có tham gia thì cũng ở mức độ hạn chế, không phát huy được hết vai trò vốn có của luật sư trong hoạt động này. Để phân tích rõ hơn về vấn đề này, tác giả đã trình bày một số ý kiến trong bài viết dưới đây.
