In land relations in residential communities, there are many cases of encircled real estate without going to public roads. When the court resolves a dispute about aisles, many cases are quite stressful and complicated. However, Vietnam's civil law and civil procedures are still inadequate, there is no satisfactory code of dispute for aisle dispute. Judicial practice shows that there is discretion in the court's judgments on the subject matter mentioned. The article focuses on the legal consequences of exercising the right to open aisles.Trong các quan hệ về đất đai ở cộng đồng dân cư, xảy ra nhiều trường hợp bất động sản bị vây bọc không có lốì đi ra đường công cộng. Khi tòa án giải quyết tranh chấp về lối đi, nhiều trường hợp khá căng thẳng, phức tạp. Tuy nhiên, pháp luật dân sự và tố tụng dân sự nước ta còn bất cập, chưa có quy phạm giải quyết thỏa đáng về tranh chấp lối đi.
