In this article, the author introduces the right to sue to protect minority shareholders in joint stock companies in Vietnam based on comparison with some countries in the region, namely Thailand and Singapore and the Philippines to see the similarities and differences between Vietnam and these countries, thereby drawing experience for Vietnam in the issue of protecting minority shareholders.Trong bài viết này, tác giả giới thiệu về nhóm quyền khởi kiện nhằm bảo vệ cổ đông thiểu số trong công ty cổ phần ở Việt Nam trên cơ sở so sánh với một số quốc gia trong khu vực, cụ thể là Thái Lan, Singapore và Philipines để thấy được sự tương đồng và khác biệt giữa Việt Nam và các nước này, từ đó rút kinh nghiệm cho Việt Nam trong vân đề bảo vệ cổ đông thiểu số.
