Institutionalizing the Party's resolutions, at the 8th session of the 12th National Assembly, the National Assembly adopted the Mineral Law 2010. In order to accomplish this goal, a number of important requirements need to be strengthened. laws on minerals, which need to further enhance the National Assembly's supervisory role in compliance with the Constitution, laws and resolutions of the National Assembly in this field.Thể chế hóa nghị quyết của Đảng, tại kỳ họp thứ 8 Quốc hộ khóa XII, Quốc hội đã thông qua Luật Khoáng sản 2010. Để thực hiện tốt mục tiêu này, một số yêu cầu quan trọng là cần tăng cường giám sát thực thi pháp luật về khoáng sản, trong đó cần nâng cao hơn nữa vai trò giám sát của Quốc hộ đối với việc tuân thủ Hiến pháp, pháp luật, nghị quyết Quốc hộ trong lĩnh vực này.
