Hội nhập kỉnh tế quốc tế là một tất yếu khách quan trong xu thế toàn cầu hóa. Trong xu thế đó, cùng với dòng di chuyển của hàng hóa và vốn thì di chuyển lao động là điều tất yếu. Theo đó, số lượng người nước ngoài đến Việt Nam định cư và làm việc ngày càng tăng. Trong số đó, bên cạnh số lao động nước ngoài được cấp phép thì còn một số lượng lớn người lao động nước ngoài đang làm việc "chui", không có giấy phép. Để làm rõ thực trạng này, bài viết dưới đây phân tích những thành tựu, hạn chế trong công tác quản lý lao động nước ngoài ở nước ta thời gian qua, đồng thời đề xuất một số giải pháp mang tính khả thi.International economic integration is an objective indispensable in the trend of globalization. In this trend, along with the movement of goods and capital, labor movement is indispensable. Accordingly, the number of foreigners coming to Vietnam to settle and work is increasing. Among them, in addition to the number of licensed foreign workers, a large number of foreign workers are working "illegal" without a license. To clarify this situation, the following article analyzes the achievements and limitations in the management of foreign workers in our country over the past time, and proposed a number of feasible solutions.
