Công nghiệp hỗ trợ có vai trò hết sức quan trọng đối với phát triển nền kinh tế. Một ngành công nghiệp hỗ trợ kém phát triển sẽ khiến cho các ngành công nghiệp chính thiếu đi sức cạnh tranh, làm cho nhiều công ty sản xuất thành phẩm cuối cùng khác phải phụ thuộc vào nhập khẩu, làm giảm hiệu quả của nhiều dự án đầu tư. Trong quá trình mở cửa hoàn toàn thị trường trong nước, nếu không xây dựng được ngành công nghiệp hỗ trợ tương ứng, đủ sức cạnh tranh quốc tế và có sức hấp dẫn đối với các nhà đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài thì sẽ có những nhà đầu tư nước ngoài chuyển hướng đầu tư sang các nước khác, có nhiều lợi thế hơn Việt Nam. Bài viết nghiên cứu kinh nghiệm của một số quốc gia trong việc phát triển công nghiệp hỗ trợ, từ đó có sự phân tích, so sánh và đề xuất một số giải pháp phát triển công nghiệp hỗ trợ ở Việt Nam trong thời gian tới.Supporting industry plays a very important role in economic development. In the process of fully opening up the domestic market, if there is no corresponding supporting industry, international competitiveness and attraction to foreign direct investors, there will be Foreign investors shift their investment to other countries, having more advantages than Vietnam. The paper examines the experience of a number of countries in developing supporting industries, thereby analyzing, comparing and proposing a number of supporting industry development solutions in Vietnam in the near future.
