Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu, nhóm tác giả đã đề xuất một số hàm ý chính sách nhằm phát triển thị trường Condotel tại Phú Quốc, Kiên Giang.The study aims to evaluate and measure the factors affecting the development of Condotel market in Phu Quoc and Kien Giang. With descriptive statistical methods, reliability assessment by CronbacKs Alpha method, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), multivariate regression analysis
The research results show that there are 6 factors affecting the development of Condotel market, including: (1) Mechanisms and policies
(2) Economic environment
(3) Investment trends
(4) Confidence
(5) Infrastructure and tourism facilities
(6) Information. Based on the research, the authors have proposed some policy implications to develop Condotel market in Phu Quoc and Kien Giang.
