Nghiên cứu đánh giá các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng thực tập của sinh viên năm cuối tại Trường Đại học Kỉnh tế Quốc dân. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, cả 4 nhân tố là: Ý thức cá nhân - Hỗ trợ của Nhà trường/Khoa/Viện và giáo viên hướng dẫn - Đặc điểm công việc thực tập - Hỗ trợ cửa người hướng dẫn tại cơ sở thực tập đều có cùng hướng tác động tích cực đến chất lượng thực tập. Trong đó, nhân tố ý thức cá nhân tác động mạnh nhất ( hệ số beta chuẩn hóa cao nhất 0,315). Vì vậy, muốn nâng cao chất lượng thực tập, các giải pháp cần luôn hướng đến nâng cao ý thức của sinh viên trong suốt quá trình tham gia thực tập.Research and evaluate the factors affecting the quality of internships of final year students at National University of Economics. The research results show that all four factors are: Personal awareness - Support from the School / Faculty / Institute and instructors - Practical work characteristics - Supporting the door of instructors at the real facility. Every episode has the same direction that positively affects the quality of the internship. In particular, the individual consciousness factor has the strongest impact (the highest standardized beta is 0.315). Therefore, in order to improve the quality of internships, the solutions should always aim to raise students' awareness during the internship.
