Bài viết nhằm đánh giá tác động của chính sách khuyến nông, khuyến lâm hỗ trợ phát triển sản xuất, phát triển ngành nghề cho người nghèo trên địa bàn tỉnh Quảng Ninh. Kết quả khảo sát 500 hộ nghèo Quảng Ninh, 200 cán bộ làm công tác giảm nghèo ở các cấp tỉnh, huyện, xã cho thấy, sự tác động của chính sách khuyến nông, khuyến lâm đã giúp các địa phương thực hiện thành công việc chuyển dịch cơ cấu cây trồng, vật nuôi theo hướng sản xuất hàng hoá khai thác, tận dụng lợi thế và thế mạnh của từng địa phương
đồng thời trang bị được những kiến thức mới cho người dân nghèo... Tuy nhiên, kỹ thuật khuyến nông, khuyến lâm trong chính sách hỗ trợ là chưa phù hợp với điều kiện của người dân, các cán bộ khuyến nông viên cơ sở còn thiếu kinh nghiệm thực tế.The paper aims to assess the impact of agricultural and forestry extension policies to support production development and professional development for the poor in Quang Ninh province.
