Trước hết, bài viết so sánh thành quả kinh tế và chất lượng chính sách tại một số nước trong khu vực. Tiếp theo, nghiên cứu phân tích kinh nghiệm quốc tế về chính sách phát triển doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa và chính sách liên kết đồng thời rút ra một số bài học cho Việt Nam.This article presents an overview of the basic issues that need to be considered in the development of small and medium-sized enterprise development policies and associated policies. First of all, the article compares economic performance and policy quality in several countries in the region. Next, the research analyzes international experience on small and medium enterprise development policies and associated policies and draws some lessons for Vietnam.
