A Clinical trials study on 181 patients with degree 3,4 hemorrhoids requiring surgery between 3/2016 to 7/2017. They were evaluated on the basis of the following main outcomes: postoperative pain, early and late complications (bleeding, anal stenosis, urinary retention,...), days of hospitalization, the time of recovery of work, the time of healing was also assessed. All patients had a minimum follow-up of six months. The mean age was 42,8±13,73 (18-90), 55,2% was male and male/female: 1,2/1. 76,2% have rectal bleeding, without chronic deseases. The time mean of surgery was 19,8 ± 7,46 minutes. The time mean of woud healing was 27,2 ± 8,46 days, hospital stay was 1 day (1-11) and return to work was 7,7 ± 3,71 days. The pain score at the first day was 2,7 ± 1,6. 5,5% patients had urinary retention, 8 (4,4%) patients had postoperative bleeding and successfully conservative treatment, 4 (2,2%) had anal stricture and recurrence prolapse at 3 months was 1,7%.Đánh giá kết quả điều trị trĩ độ nội độ 3, độ 4 trĩ bằng phương pháp Milligan-Morgan có sử dụng dao Ligasure trên 18 bệnh nhân. 76,2% bệnh nhân có tiêu máu. Thời gian mắc bệnh trung bình 5 năm . Thời gian mổ trung bình là 19,8 ± 7,46 phút. Có 57% bệnh nhân được cắt từ 3 búi trĩ trở lên. Thời gian lành vết mổ là 27,2 ± 8,46 ngày và thời gian trở lại làm việc là 7,7 ± 3,71 ngày. Mức độ đau sau mổ 24 giờ theo thang điểm VAS trung bình 2,7 + 1,6. Tỷ lệ bí tiểu sau mổ là 5,5%. Có 8 bệnh nhân chảy máu sau mổ được điều trị nội, chiếm 4,4%. 4 bệnh nhân hẹp hậu môn mức độ nhẹ, chiếm 2,2% và 3 bệnh nhân trĩ tái phát chiếm 1,7%.
