Tzanck cell assay that is negative which showed the rate of complications was 73.3%Xác định tỷ lệ biến chứng và một số yếu tố liên quan đến biến chứng của bệnh thủy đậu trên 485 bệnh nhân điều trị tại Bệnh viện Phong da liễu trung ương Quy Hòa năm 2016-2017. Kết quả cho thấy tỷ lệ biến chứng do bệnh thủy đậu ở bệnh nhân khá cao, chiếm 48,7%. Các yếu tố về tuổi, vùng dịch tễ, không có tế bào Tzanck trong dịch mụn nước có liên quan đến sự xuất hiện biến chứng ở bệnh nhân.
