Đánh giá kết quả điều trị viêm phúc mạc ruột thừa ở trẻ em bằng phẫu thuật nội soi tại bệnh viện Nhi Đồng Cần Thơ từ 04/2016 đến 6/2017. Kết quả nghiên cứu trên 52 bệnh nhi cho thấy phẫu thuật nội soi điều trị viêm phúc mạc ruột thừa ở trẻ em an toàn và hiệu quả với tỷ lệ biến chứng sau mổ rất thấp. Nhiễm trùng vết đặt trocar chiếm 3,85% và đều điều trị thành công, không có tai biến trong mổ và không có tử vong trong và sau mổ.Evaluate the results of treating appendicitis in children with laparoscopic appendectomy at Can Tho Children Hospital from April 2016 to June 2017. Results of research on 52 patients showed that laparoscopic appendectomy to treat appendicitis in children is safe and effective with very low rate of complications after surgery. Infections placed in trocar accounted for 3.85% and were successfully treated, no complications in surgery and no deaths during and after surgery.
