Clinical, subclinical characteristics and results of treatment of acute respiratory failure due to endocarditis in preterm infants at Can Tho Pediatrics Hospital. Research results on 106 premature infants show that endothelial disease is common in boys, clinically manifested as acute respiratory distress syndrome, subclinical acidosis. Treatment results are relatively high and depend on the weight, gestational age, degree of respiratory failure and degree of endometrial disease on X-ray at admission.Đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng và kết quả điều trị suy hô hấp cấp do bệnh màng trong ở trẻ sơ sinh non tháng tại bệnh viện Nhi đồng Cần Thơ. Kết quả nghiên cứu trên 106 trẻ sơ sinh non tháng cho thấy bệnh màng trong thường gặp ở trẻ nam, biểu hiện lâm sàng là hội chứng suy hô hấp cấp, cận lâm sàng khí máu nhiễm toan. Kết quả điều trị tương đối cao và phụ thuộc vào cân nặng, tuổi thai, mức độ suy hô hấp và độ bệnh màng trong trên X quang lúc vào viện.
