By analyzing the provisions of the law, assessing the advantages and limitations of the law on religious organizations, the author has some suggestions to improve the provisions of the law on religious organizations in Vietnam at present.Pháp luật về tổ chức tôn giáo có vai trò quan trọng, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả công tác quản lý nhà nước về tôn giáo. Qua phân tích các quy định pháp luật, đánh giá những ưu điểm và hạn chế của pháp luật về tổ chức tôn giáo, tác giả có một số đề xuất nhằm hoàn thiện quy định của pháp luật về tổ chức tôn giáo ở Việt Nam hiện nay.
