Sự xuất hiện những loại hình bất động sản như: Chung cư Mi-ni, căn hộ văn phòng, Offìcetel, Condotel, Hometel, Shophouse, Service apartment, nhà phố, biệt thự trong Resort... cần có các quy định pháp lý để việc vận hành thuận lợi trong đời sống, sản xuất và kinh doanh thương mại. Trong bối cảnh "nền kinh tế chia sẻ" và dưới sự tác động mạnh mẽ của cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0, việc tạo dựng quy định pháp lý cho Condotel ở Việt Nam cần được nghiên cứu một cách nghiêm túc, từ đó tạo điều kiện cho Codotel phát triển an toàn và bền vững ở Việt Nam.The appearance of real estate types such as: Mi-ni apartment buildings, office apartments, Offìcetel, Condotel, Hometel, Shophouse, Service apartments, townhouses, villas in the Resort ... need legal regulations to facilitate the smooth operation of life, production and commercial business. In the context of "sharing economy" and under the strong impact of the industrial revolution 4.0, the creation of legal regulations for Condotel in Vietnam needs to be studied seriously, thereby creating for Codotel to develop safely and sustainably in Vietnam.
