Nghiên cứu bào chế và xây dựng tiêu chuẩn cơ sở cao lỏng từ cây sài đất (Wedelia chinen Merr.) thu hái tại Thái Nguyên. Kết quả đã bào chế được 500ml cao lỏng thành phẩm từ 500,35g sài đất và tá dược. Cao lỏng có mầu nâu đen và đồng nhất, mùi thơi cháy, vị hơi đắng. Cao lỏng ở nồng độ 1% có tính acid yếu. Các thành phần hóa học chính không bị mất đi trong quá trình bào chế như flavonoid, coumarin va tanin.Objectives: To prepare extractum from above ground parts of Sai dat. collected in Thai Nguyen
to build basic standards to test it. Subjects: Extractum was made from the extract of the above ground parts of Sai dat collected in Thai Nguyen. Methods: Sai dat was collected in Thai Nguyen and tested under the Vietnam Pharmacopoeia IV

volume of extractum was 500 ml (from 500.35grs medicinal materials and excipients)
1% solution of it was acid. The main chemical components (flavonoids, coumarins and tannins) haven't lost during preparation.
