Belamcada chinensis (L.) DC is a medicinal herb that is used as a remedy for coughs, phlegm, pharyngitis, tonsillitis with a lot of phlegm and hoarseness. Parts used are rhizomes or leaves in the form of decoction, powder for lozenges or fresh. This paper focuses on isolation and structural determination of some glucoside -flavonoid compounds from the leaves of Belamcada chinensis (L.) DC plants. The results have isolated three compounds: embinin (1), swertisin (2) and embigenin (3). Their structure was determined by analyzing IR, NMR, MS spectrum and comparing with published spectral data (Mingchuan Liu et al. (2012)).Xạ can là một loại dược liệu được dùng làm thuốc chữa ho, tiêu đờm, viêm họng, viêm amidan có nhiều đờm, khản tiếng. Bộ phận dùng là thân rễ hoặc lá dưới dạng thuốc sắc, bột làm viên ngậm hoặc dùng tươi. Trong bài báo này tập trung vào phân lập và xác định cấu trúc của một số hợp chất glucoside -flavonoid từ lá của cây Belamcada chinensis (L.) DC. Kết quả đã phân lập ba hợp chất: embinin (1), swertisin (2) và embigenin (3). Cấu trúc của chúng được xác định nhờ các phép phân tích phổ IR, NMR, MS và so sánh với các dữ liệu phổ đã công bố (Mingchuan Liu và cs.
