Method for the research was cross-sectional and retrospective study in 2 years (2013-2014), in some factories manufacturing explosives. The results as follows: The average concentration of TNT in the working environment was 0.72 mg/m3, the number of samples that could not meet the need of standard were 76.66 percent. The highest concentration of TNT was the grinding and mixture places, the lowest TNT concentration of TNT was belong to packaging area and warehousing. There was strong correlation between the incidence of diseases with the time of toxic exposure. Chronic hepatitis, anemia and neurasthenia closely correlated with duration of exposure, the correlation coefficient was 0.92, 0.87 and 0.86, respectively. Neurovegotative and peptic disorders syndrome correlated fairly closely with the exposure time, R was 0.65 and 0.69, respectively.
