Subjects and research methods: The results obtained in 26 patients observed at the Centreral ENT hospital in the period ranging from 12/2013 to 9/2015, The research is conducted by the case study method.Results and discussion: 1. clinical symptoms: Facial pain/ headache (42,3 percent), stuffy nose (38,46 percent), front swollen sinuses (30,77 percent), exophthlamisis (42,3 percent), eye opener (30,77 percent), eyelid collapase and weep (7,7 percent), amblyopia (46,2 percent), loss of vision (11,5 percent). 2.Endoscopic sinus: Mucosal edma (80,77 percent), room to push the nose (50 percent), push inflated ball ready (38,46 percent), mucous tumor detection slot between (42,3 percent).
