Temporary Immersion System "TIS" was applied to manipulate the adventages of liquid cultures. Internode cutting of Paulownia including two nodes were cultivated in TIS-bioreactor with 4 levels of LED-light colour combinations in the ratio of red-blue LED-lighting as: 10 percent blue-LED + 90 percent red-LED
15 percent blue-LED + 85 percent red-LED
20 percent blue-LED + 80 percent red-LED
30 percent blue-LED + 70 percent red-LED in comparision with iluorescence light PauJownia plantlets were wick development in the midia culture with sucrose free and combined with the gas flowing 1 minute/1 time/hour. The plantlets were growth slowly and leaf changed to yellow. It was supplemented with CO2-gas by 10 percent total-gas flowed into TIS-bioreactor. The planlets were growth and development better in the combination of ratio LED-lighting colors by 20 percent blue-LED + 80 percent red-LED. However, adding C02 were high charge and difficult to control. The resolution was using IC to set up the immersion programs in TIS-bioreactor to 2, 3, 4 time per hour. It was shown that immersion of 2 time/hour under LED-lighting by 20 percent blue-LED + 80 percent red-LED gave plantlets having the best growth and development.
