The present work investigates virucidal and antiviral compounds in the extracts of seed embryos of a lotus, Nelumbo nucifera, and a Thai ginseng, Kaempferia parviflora. Separation of the extracts led to the identification of antiviral compounds against SARS-CoV-2.
