Folk poetry reflects the vivid of community life the most, associating with its own natural-social conditions. Therefore, folk poetry of every nations and countries contains a system of place names tied to local communities who created it. Nghe An folk poetry has many diversified forms, but in terms of the survey, the authors only do research in Phuong vai songs and Giam Nghe Tinh songs. The research results were statistically examined and classified with place names in Nghe An folk poetry. This is a document for the research about place names of Nghe Tinh in particular and place names in general.
