Research on the life values and occupational values orientation of female leaders at different levels showed that highly rated values included stability, independence and sympathy in the family. The most important values rated were marriage fidelity, equality and family progression. Of occupational values, female leaders at different levels highly valued income stability
they were reluctant to do any kind of job only for income and were even more unwilling to choose jobs that require frequent travelling. There was a strong positive correlation between life values and occupational values.
