Bưởi Đại Minh trồng nhiều ở huyện Yên Bình tỉnh Yên Bái và huyện Đoan Hùng tỉnh Phú thọ. Chế phẩm EMINA là chế phẩm hỗn hợp nhiều vi sinh vật có lợi: Lactobacilus spp, Trichoderma spp, Bacillus spp, Steptomyces spp và Rhodobater sp. Thí nghiệm nghiên cứu trên giống bưởi Đại Minh 25 năm sau trồng. Vật liệu nghiên cứu sử dụng chế phẩm EMINA. Công thức thí nghiệm, phun các nồng độ: 0 %- 1% - 2% và 3%, nhắc lại 3 lần, mỗi công thức 15 cây. Nghiên cứu tiến hành 02 năm, thí nghiệm tiến hành từ tháng 11 năm 2018 đến tháng 12 năm 2019 trên 180 cây, xây dựng mô hình trình diễn từ tháng 12 năm 2019 đến tháng 12 năm 2020 với quy mô 02 ha. Kết quả cho thấy, phun nồng độ 3% cho năng suất, chất lượng cao nhất và tỷ lệ bệnh đốm đen hại lá và quả thấp nhất. Năng suất đạt 178,68 kg/cây và bệnh hại trên quả và lá biểu hiện ít nhất (tương ứng 20,3% và 8,4%). Trong mô hình trình diễn phun EMINA nồng độ 3% cho năng suất 47.255 kg/ha, tổng thu 589,570 triệu đồng/ha và lợi nhuận 343,02 triệu đồng/ha, còn đối chứng tổng thu 533,876 triệu đồng/ha và lợi nhuận 290,926 triệu đồng/ha.Dai Minh pomelo is grown a lot in Yen Binh district, Yen Bai province, and Doan Hung district, Phu Tho province.
