At the 9th session of Vietnams 14th National Assembly, the law amending and ị supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Natural Disaster Prevention and Control ị activities and the Law on Dikes NO.60/2020/QH14 was approved on June 17,2020 and this law took effect from July 1, 2021. This paper analyzes some new provisions of this law which i creates a legal corridor and perfects the legal system on natural disaster prevention and control activities in Vietnam.Tại Kỳ họp thứ 9 Quốc hội khóa XIV. Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Phòng, chống thiên tai và Luật Đê điều số 60/2020/QH14 đã được Quốc hội thông qua ngày 17/6/2020 và có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01/7/2021. Bài viết phân tích một số quy định mới của Luật, tạo hành lang: pháp lý và hoàn thiện hệ thống pháp luật về phòng, chống thiên tai ở nước ta.
