Đánh giá kết quả phẫu thuật thay khớp háng bán phần Bipolar điều trị gãy cổ xương đùi ở người cao tuổi tại Bệnh viện đa khoa tỉnh Thái Bình. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang 52 bệnh nhân từ 60 tuổi trở lên được chẩn đoán gãy cổ xương đùi (GCXĐ) và đã được mổ thay khớp háng bán phần Bipolar tại khoa Chấn thương chỉnh hình - Bỏng, Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Thái Bình từ 6/2021 - 6/2022. Kết quả: Gãy cổ xương đùi hay gặp ở nữ hơn nam giới, với tỷ lệ nữ/nam là 4,2/1. Bệnh gặp chủ yếu gặp ở người cao tuổi, tỷ lệ bệnh nhân từ 70 - 80 tuổi chiếm 57,7%. Nguyên nhân nhập viện chủ yếu do tai nạn sinh hoạt (94,3%). Sau mổ thay khớp háng bán phần bipolar: 92,3% liền vết mổ thì đầu

Kết luận: phẫu thuật thay khớp háng bán phần bipolar là một giải pháp tốt cho các bệnh nhân cao tuổi bị gãy cổ xương đùi.To assess of the results of Bipolar partial hip replacement surgery in treating femoral neck fractures in the elderly at Thai Binh General Hospital. Subjects and methods: Descriptive study of 52 patients aged 60 years and older who were diagnosed with cervical spine fracture and had Bipolar partial hip replacement surgery at the Department of Orthopedic Trauma - Burns, at Thai Binh general hospital from 6/2021 to 7/2022. Results: Fractures of the femoral neck are more common in women than in men, with the ratio of 4.2/1. This statuse is mainly seen in the elderly, the proportion of patients from 70 to 80 years old and accounts for 57.7%. The reason for the patient's admission to the hospital was mainly due to an accident (94.3%). After bipolar partial hip replacement surgery: 92.3% of patients healed the first incision
