Currently, there are 25 vocational units with the training scale of 20.000 trainees per year contributing towards the increase of trained labor force for the locality annually in Dong Thap province. However, in their operations many shortcomings causing negative impacts on the vocational training quality have exposed. Hence, this article aims to assess the reality of training activities of the vocational schools in Dong Thap province to propose solutions to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of vocational training activities.
