The article focuses on the present fact of teachers' management and use of teaching aids in some professional Schools in Ho Chi Minh city. The teaching facility management and use to teaching staff are really limited because of many reasons - subjective and objective ones. On the basis of some existed, The writer would like to suggest some methods of training skills of using teaching aids for teaching staff to improve the quality of training.
