This paper analysis the Liquid Storage Tanks on the ground the effects of the blast wave loads. Structural - fluid system working in a flat condition problem. The solution of the problem based on the finite element method, the structural domain into a flat bar elements, liquid domain into a flat triangular element. Computer program developed Matlab language to analyse the dynamics responses of liquid to structural domain.
