Tóm tắt

Based on studies of existing situation of traffic control systems as well as traffic management and operations, the authors propose an organizational and operational model of traffic control center to Hochiminh City. The main objective of the present study is to develop an appropriate organizational model along with capacity strengthening to prepare for the official implementation of the traffic control center in 2020.
