According to Trinh Tam Kiet (2012) the family Ganodermataceae in Vietnam consists of 86 species. There has not been a specialized study on Ganodermataceae in Vietnam. While studying specimens of Ganodermatceae Donk collected from Vietnam, the species Ganodenna sessilifonne, Amauroderma rugosum, Amaurodenna conjunctum are first recorded for the Macrofungi of Vietnam. These species were only previously known in India and Taiwan.
