The Yok Don National Park with the area of 115,545 ha is located in the region whose coordinates are 12°45'-13°10'N, 107°29'30''-107°48'30"E. The ecosystem of Yok Don National Park is diverse with six Arent kinds of ecosystems which created a diverse and abundant fauna, flora and fungi. All the natural anditions above are very beneficial for the development of Ganodermataceae family. The survey results at Yok Don give 10 species of Ganodermataceae Donk including Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss ex Fr.) Karst, Ganodenna amboinense (Lam.ex Fr.) Pat., Ganoderma balabacense Murr., Ganoderma capense (Lloyd) Teng., Ganoderma applanatum (Pres.) Pat., Ganoderma multiplicatum (Mont.) Pat., Amauroderma niger (Lloyd), Amauroderma subresinosum (Murrill) Corner, Amauroderma rugosum (Blume & T. Nees) Torrend, Amauroderma rude (Berk.). Among them, four species used for precious medicine: Ganoderma lucidum Jeyss ex Fr.) Karst, Ganoderma applanatum (pres.) Pat.. Amauroderma niger (Lloyd), Amauroderma subresinosum (Murrill) Corner. The rest is still unknown about their values. Most species of Ganodermataceae Donk family are saprophytic, some are parasite on wood or on epibiotic plant under forest crown.
