The species diversity of the Coriolaeeae in Huang Thuy town, Thua Thien Hue province is very high. The authors identified 34 species belonging to 12 genera of the family Coriolaeeae. The most dominant genus is Trametes, induding 14 species or 41.17 percent of the total determined species. Four species (Gloeoporus croceo-palIens Bres, Perenniporia tenuis var. pulehella (Schw.) Lowe, Trametes obstinata Cke and Trametes socotrata Cooke.) are new species to the macromycoflora of Vietnam. Most of the species in the Coriolaceae are saprophytic species causing white-rot (Perenniporia medulla-panis, Gloeoporusconchoides, Perenniporia tenuis var. pulehella) and brown-rot, destroying wood of houses, structures and heritages. Some of them are parasitic species causing serious diseases on plants (Trametes obstinala, Hexagonia subtenuis). Some other are medicinal mushrooms species (Trametes hirsuta, Pycronus sanguineus, Pyenoporos cinnabarinus...).
