Tram Chim National Park (NP) belonging to Tam Nong district, Dong Thap province is recognized as the 4th Ramsar of Vietnam and the 2000 World's in 2012. This shows that wetland ecosystems here should be preserved and developed. Besides, the garden was a tourist, visiting, so the role of the ecosystem becomes more important and need to be protected and developed to serve the purpose of biodiversity conservation and tourism. Based on the research results in the field from 2006 to 2012, on the birds, amphibians, reptiles, and combined with the works of other authors, this paper initially the data, assess the biodiversity in Tram Chim NP. The class of birds has 203 species belong to 55 families, 125 genus, including 35 precious species. The class of reptiles, amphibians, 64 species arranged in 43 genus, 20 families and 4 orders, including 17 precious species. A total of 133 species of fish belonging to 77 genus, 29 families, 11 orders, of which 7 precious species. There were 107 species of zooplankton, including Protozoa has 12 species, Rotatoria has 46 species, Cladocera has 30 species, Copepoda has 15 species, Ostracoda has 4 species. 130 species of plants classified in 50 families, including 12 species of invasive plants.
