The surveys of Rhacophorid in Pu Hoat Nature Reserve recorded 18 species belonging to 7 genera of Rhacophoridae, 1 new species, Gracixalus quangi, the first records of 5 species in North Central Vietnam and 11 species in Nghe An. Among them, 15 species are threatened, including 1 species in the 2007 Red Data Book of Vietnam and 4 species in the 2012 IUCN Red List. Most species are found at elevations between 280-1890m.
