Aims: (1) Histopathological study and the manifestation of p53 immunohistochemistry, Ki67 and Her-2/neu markers in colorectal cancer. (2) The corrrelation between the manifestation of p53 immunohistochemistry, Ki67 and Her-2/neu markers with histopathological characteristics. Subjects and Methods: cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from 2010 to 2013. Laboratory histopathology and immunohistochemistry were conducted in 117 colorectal cancer patients. The clinical data, histopathology and immunohistochemistry of patients with colorectal cancer were recorded in a patient sample study. Result: Patients with colorectal cancer have an average age of 63.74 + or - 13.33. The male / female ratio is 1.6. Histopathology: gland carcinoma accounted for 99.1 percent, of which the ratio of high: 30.8 percent
medium: 49.6 percent
low: 3.4 percent. Immunohistochemistry: antigen manifestation of p53, Ki67, Her-2/neu: Percentage of p53-positive, Ki67 and Her-2/neu in UTDTT 57.3 percent, respectively
89.7 percent and 29.1 percent. There was no apparent correlation between invasive degree of tumor (according to T) with the ratio of Her-2/neu positive. There was no apparent correlation between the degree of tumor invasion (according to T) at a ratio of Her-2/neu positive. Positive ratio of p53 and Her-2/neu tends to increase with the extent of tumor invasion according to Dukes staging, to T, and to TNM. Conclusion: the manifestation of Ki67 antigen, p53 and Her-2/neu population growth on the extent of tumor invasion according to Dukes, to T, and to TNM. The Ki67 antigen manifestation becomes stronger in accordance to -the deeper tumour invasion. This relationship is statistically significant, with p 0.05. The manifestation of Her-2/neu is not clear in colorectal cancer.
