Objectives: to assess the dental arch dimentions and dental arch relationship in patients with unilateral complete cleft alveolus. Method: study casts of 32 subjects ULCP with an average age of 12,42 years due to orthodontic treatment following an alveolar bone graft (ABG) were collected. Casts were analyzed to measure the dimensions of arch width and arch length. Were rated according to the GOSLON score. Resultes: the anterior dental arch width and length were statistically significant increased after treatment. Of the patients, 68,8 percent were ranked GOSLON 1 and 2 after treatment (vs 3,1 percent before treatment), 28,1 percent ranked GOSLON 4 and 5 after treatment (vs 84,4 percent before treatment). Conclusion: dental arch dimentions and relationship had a statistically significant improvement orthodontic treatment and bone grafting.
