Objective: Evaluate the clinical, imaging features and surgical outcome of the astrocytomas brain tumor. Methods: Retrospective and clinical describing study. Result: The most common symptoms of astrocytomas: headeach: 90,6 percent, vomitting 26 percent, hemiplegia 35,4 percent. The histopathology post operation showed: Astrocytoma grade I (according to WHO classification): 11,5 percent, grade II: 38,5 percent, grade III: 16,2 percent, grade IV: 33,3 percent. The survival time were 15,93 + or - 2,91months. Conclusion: The total tumor removal were important in case of grade I and II tumor because it can decrease the mass efect symptoms and the recurrence rate. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy were nessecery to increase the survival for the high grade astrocytomas.
