In the patients with liver disease, caused by various reasons, often be recognised some changes in coagulation. Objective: Study the correlation between some coagulation tests (platelet count, prothrombin ratio, APTT, Fibrinogen, D - Dimer) with liver enzymes and serum albumin in patients carcinoma hapatocellular on the cirrhosis. Subjects and method: 100 patients were diagnosed with carcinoma hepatocellular on the cirrhosis. Platelet count, prothrombin ratio, APTT, Fibrinogen and D - Dimer were tested in those patients. Results: Platelet count, prothrombin ratio inversely correlated with enzyme SGOT, total bilirubin and positively correlated with serum albumin
APTT, D - Dimer positively correlated with enzyme SGOT, total bilirubin and inversely correlated with serum albumin
Fibrinogen inversely correlated with enzyme SGOT and positively correlated with serum albumin. Conclusion: There was some correlation between platelet count, prothrombin ratio, APTT, Fibrinogen, D - Dimer with enzymes GOT, GPT, total bilirubin and serum albumin in patients carcinoma hapatocellular on the cirrhosis.
