The study on 65 patients with confirmed diagnosis of carcinoma, hepatocellular including 44 male and 21 female. The results showed that the concentration of AFP, AFP-L3 and AFP-L3/AFP rate in the study group, respectively: AFP 4111.64 + or - 4553.14 (ng/ml) in the group of HBsAg (+) and 2193,34 + or - 8076,47 (ng/ml) in the group of HBsAg( -)
meanwhile, the concentration of AFP-L3 2643.46 + or - 12343.60 (ng/ml) in the group of HBsAg(+) and 414.60 + or - 1571.15 (ng/ml) in the group of HBsAg(-)
whereas, the ratio of AFP-L3/AFP was statistically significant difference in the 2 groups with HBsAg (+)/(-). Furthermore, evaluating CT image shows the relevant statistical significance with p 0.01 between concentrations of AFP, AFP-L3 with tumor number, tumor size, and degree of proliferation as the level of drug absorption.
