The study on 75 patients with chronic heart failure at the Department of Cardiology Internal Medicine of Thaibinh General Hospital conducted from March to July 2014shows that: depressions of patients suffering chronic heart failure has relation to hypertension and paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea. There has been no relation found between depression and suffering time, causes and level of heart failure, as well as manifestations as chest pain, dizziness fainting. Some of the subclinical symptoms as liver enzyme, hyperglycemia and creatine rising have no detected relations to depressions of patients suffering chronic heart failure.
