Objectives: Study of relationship between tumor size, histopathology, tumor grade and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients. Patient and Methods: Retrospedive study on 154 breast cancer patients treated at No.108 hospitals and K hospital from l/2009 to 4/2014. Results: The rate of axillary lymph node metastasis in patients with tumors 2 011 was 28.6 percent, 2-5 011 was 48.6 percent and tumors greater than 5 011 was 70,8 percent, P 0.05. The rate of axillary lymph node metastases was 81.8 percent in patients with invasive lobular cardnoma and was 42.2 percent in invasive tubular cardnoma. The higher tumor grade, the higher inddence of axillary lymph node metastasis: 57.8 percent grade 3 had axillary lymph node metastasis, while only 38.5 percent grade 2 and no case of grade 1 with axillary lymph node metastasis. The incidence of axillary lymph node metastasis was significant higher in patients with Her-2 / neu (+) compared to the Her-2/ neu (-) (62.3 percent vesus 32.6 percent ,P 0.05). Condusion: There is significant correlation between tumor size, histopathology, tumor grade, overexpresion of Her-2/ neu with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients.
