Objective: Evaluate the first step to determine when surgery and laparoscoplc surgery results In cases of acute cholecystitis. Subjects: including 156 cases of acute cholecystitis is caused by gravel laparoscopy surgical cholecystectomy at Bach Mal Hospital from January 2012 to January 2013. Research Methods: Retrospective descriptive. Results: 156 cases studied: 93 women (59,6 percent), 63 male (40,4 percent) had an average age of 54.16 years old. In that 112 patients (71,79 percent) underwent surgical endoscopic cholecystectomy emergency 72 hours, 44 patients (28,21 percent) specified endoscopic surgery cholecystectomy sell emergency. Average surgical time of 75 + or - 26 minutes, 2 cas switch to open surgery because of technical reasons, no surgical complications, no mortalit, postoperative complications have 1 cas bile leakage after surgery to medical therapy from patients, the infection does not meet cas trocar hole. Average length of stay was 7,3 + or - 2,8 days. Conclusions: Laparoscopic of cholecystectomy in patients with acute cholecystitis treatments are safe and effective, designated for emergency surgery patients at risk of complications in better condition allows surgery.
