 Human is the most important factor of all organizations and agencies
  which ensures that all activities run smoothly to achieve set goals. Human resources play a key role in determining the success or failure of an organization. They represent the competitiveness and the measurement to assess the level of development of the organization. Therefore, the management and expansion of human resources are extremely important in the development strategy of the organization. In recent years, in the country, the major issues in health care mentioned the most are the shortage of human resources and "brain drain" of well-educated medical professional personnel within the health care workforce. Through the reality circumstances at Van Ninh General Hospital, the authors have surveyed the subject: "Evaluation of job satisfaction in Van Ninh General Hospital employees, Khanh Hoa province in 2014" in order to obtain the following parameters: 1- Survey of job satisfaction in employees who are working at Van Ninh General Hospital
  2- Identify factors relating to employee satisfaction of health care workers at Van Ninh general hospital
  so that the authors can propose several solutions for managing human resources effectively at Van Ninh general hospital.
