Purpose: Evaluation the role of cr multi-row in diagnotic and classification of kidney cancer in adults compare with the histopathological findings. Methods: 137 patients suspected for having renal masses were scanned with cr multi-row right technique. The mass was then characterised by evaluation of its features and by its degree of contrast enhancement. Determined die accuracy of CT in the staging of kidney cancer. Results: 137 patients with mean age: 50,7 + or - 14,59, the rate of men and female 1.5. The feature of high contrast-enhanced of renal solid masses relate strictly with malignant lesion (p0,05). Determining diagnostic of kidney cancer on CT: Se 90,5 percent
Sp 57,1 percent
PPV 92,1 percent
NPV 52,2 percent and Ace 85,4 percent. There was a rather high correlation between the TNM classifications of cr and of the surgery K
